‣ How to commission me: Read the terms and conditions found above, message me on Instagram/Twitter or email me, and then pay the 50% deposit.
‣ Open/closed commissions will be announced via Instagram and Twitter.
‣ If my commissions are closed, you can still message me to be put on a waitlist!

*** By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below. ***

*Any terms or conditions not directly referred to with "ART" or "ARTWORK" apply to all commissions. If it only refers to "ART" or "ARTWORK", graphic design commissions do not apply.

☆ All communication for commissions will be done via email, Instagram DMs, or Twitter DMs.
★ I have the right to reject any commissions I am not comfortable doing.
☆ Artwork commissions are for personal use ONLY!
★ A 50% deposit is REQUIRED to commission me. There are NO refunds for deposits once I begin working on your commission. So if you change your mind about a commission after the deposit is sent, you will NOT get it back!
☆ The deposit is deducted from the full price of the commission. The remaining balance will be paid after the commission is finished. I will NOT start working on your commission until I have received the deposit.
★ NO refunds for commissions!
☆ You are allowed the first two revisions for free. After that, extra revisions will be charged $50 per hour.
★ Requests for changes after being sent the finished commission will subject to additional charges.
☆ Artwork sketches and proofs are watermarked and are used for revision purposes only. Do not post or share them.
★ Payments will be done through Venmo to the username @SincerelyLinh. My Venmo link and QR code is provided below.
☆ Credit me @DigitallyLinh if you are posting my art!
★ I reserve all rights to my own artwork. Therefore, I am allowed to use and post my artwork on my social media.
☆ The time for your commission to be completed can be
delayed depending on many factors such as: order of commission,
work, school, personal issues, etc. If there is a delay, I will let you know.
★ If you would like to a rush a commission, please let me know. There will be additional charges.
☆ I do not reply to DMs or work on commissions during the weekends.
★ All of my commissioned artworks are signed. No removal of my signature/watermark is allowed.
☆ The following is considered copyright infringement: using my artwork commercially without discussing it with me, taking credit for the creation of my work, removing any of my watermarks/signatures, altering my work without my consent.
